Hi I’m Joe Unwin a.k.a FlowJoe!

As the AI and Copilot Lead at Hitachi Solutions, I specialize in integrating and advancing AI technologies for customers, particularly focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform. My expertise lies in leveraging these cutting-edge tools to automate processes, enhance productivity, leading product development and foster innovation.

I play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and optimization of AI across various business operations, ensuring that our customers remain at the forefront of an ever changing AI landscape. My commitment to keeping customers informed and up-to-date is matched by my passion for exploring new possibilities that AI brings to the table, making complex tasks simpler and more efficient. My role is not just about implementing technology; it’s about guiding our customers through the transformative journey of AI, enabling them to harness its full potential for their unique needs. Alongside this, I also specialize across the Power Platform, most notably automation with Power Automate, both cloud and desktop.

I have well over ten years of experience in working with Microsoft technologies, and I hold several credentials, including Microsoft Business Applications MVP, Power Automate FastTrack Solution Architect (one of four worldwide), and Microsoft Certified Trainer.
